ROZAY STUDIO GUIDE

    • We are located at 95/90 Cranwell street.

    • Enter the Wilmac complex, through the middle main gate, drive straight ahead. We are right at the back.

    • Your booking begins at your scheduled start time

    • Early access is not included unless pre-booked

    • If you require additional setup time, please book this in advance

    • The main gate closes automatically after 7pm on weekdays, and 5pm on Saturday. On Sunday the main gate is closed all day.

    • There is a remote inside the venue that opens this gate at all times. If you need the main gate opened, contact us at 0413686281. We will open the gate remotely.

    • The remote needs to stay at the studio at all times. If you misplace the remote, or take it home, this will result in losing your bond.

    Important:
    Arriving early does not grant access to the studio under any circumstances

  • Lighting & Power

    • Lighting is available throughout the studio

    • Extension leads are located within the space

    Furniture & Styling

    • Please handle all furniture and styling items with care

    • Any stains, spills, or damage to venue furniture results to loss of your security bond

    • Do not drag furniture across floors

    Studio Use

    • You are welcome to use all accessible areas of the studio

    • Please respect the space and leave it as found

  • All pack down must be completed within your booking time

    This includes:

    • Removing all personal items and decorations

    • Returning furniture to original positions

    • General tidy of the space

    Rubbish

    • Please place all rubbish in bins provided

    • Do not leave rubbish in rubbish bags inside the venue, as this can stain floors or leave unwanted odour throughout the venue

    • There is a dedicated bin with a red lid outside the venue that can be used for all rubbish

  • Your booking must be fully completed by your end time

    This means:

    • All guests have exited

    • All items removed

    • Pack down completed

    • Rubbish disposed of in the rubbish bins

    If you don’t finish your booking at your end time, you will be charged an overtime rate of $250 per hour, charged at hourly increments. This is automatically charged and deducted from your security deposit or cards on file.

  • If your booking runs over your allocated time:

    • Overtime is charged at $250 per hour

    • Charged automatically in line with booking terms

    We recommend allowing sufficient time for pack down

    • All items must be removed at the end of your booking

    • Items left behind may incur a removal or storage fee of $100 per hour

    • Return access is not guaranteed without prior arrangement

  • Your security bond covers:

    • Overtime

    • Damages

    • Additional cleaning

    Any applicable charges will be deducted in line with our terms

  • Before leaving, please ensure:

    • The light switch in the kitchen is turned off

    • The aircon upstairs is turned off

    • There are no bags of ice or liquid spills left behind on the floor

    • All rubbish is collected and discarded in the bin

    • No food waste, plates, cups, cutlery or other rubbish is left behind in the venue

    • All doors are securely closed

    • The front door handle is lifted up in order to completely lock the venue

    • The studio is left tidy
